Image via WikipediaI am not one who generally takes a lot either of medications, prescription or over the counter types. Not that it is that I have never taken them. I just never really needed them, unless I needed them. Most often, I will rather make use of alternative forms of healing such as herbal remedies, vitamins, minerals and so on. However, if I do not catch it in time to start taking my regimen of remedies, when I do become ill, it generally does hit me pretty hard. However, while doing my grocery shopping, I picked up some Alka-seltzer Plus Cold formula.
